Energy data acquisition
Only those who know consumption and consumers precisely can find and exploit potential savings. When recording energy data, we record and store a wide range of analog, digital and bus signals from various media and influencing variables, e.g:
- electrical power
- flow rates and volume flows of gases and liquids
- heat quantities
- temperatures
- meter values.
We integrate any existing and new sensors and, if required, calculate key energy figures from the recorded data at runtime.
Process optimization
Increasingly better knowledge of your systems thanks to recorded energy and process data allows you to develop more efficient operating and maintenance strategies. As data is usually collected from distributed sources and needs to be accessed from different instances, cloud-based systems are the ideal platform.
We support you in the implementation and use of such systems on the basis of standard solutions with integrated cyber security for use cases such as
- energy management
- load management
- predictive maintenance.
Energy data management
In energy data management, we process recorded measurement data from various media and influencing variables and make them available for further analysis, archiving and reporting.
You determine the file format and storage location of your energy data individually. We back up your data for you as required:
- in databases
- in the cloud
- in a variety of file formats.
In energy data monitoring, we use web visualization to present energy data in a meaningful way – both on the PC and on mobile devices. We help you to derive measures to improve energy efficiency from the visualizations. E-mail alerts in the event of limit value violations allow you to react immediately to critical conditions and find suitable remedies.
Energy management according to ISO 50001
In the case of solutions for energy management in accordance with ISO 50001, the software must be able to support the implementation, maintenance and improvement of a standard-compliant energy management system. This includes the complete mapping of processes and data processing from operation as well as the control and evaluation of the relevant operating parameters.
As a WAGO Solution Provider, we rely on the certified systems WAGO Energy Data Management and WAGO Building Cloud Services, which are also eligible for funding in accordance with the “Federal Subsidy for Energy Efficiency in the Economy – Grant” from the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA).
